If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give
24-hours notice by calling one of the following offices.
All new or existing patients will be charged a $25.00 fee for not showing up to scheduled appointments. This must be paid before the next appointment can be scheduled. A new patient who is a no-show will not be scheduled more than two times, before being referred back to their original office.
We accept all major dental insurances including Medicaid (for children only). All relevant deductibles and co-payments must be paid prior to dental surgery. Any overpayment will be returned to the parent or policy holder following the insurance payment. Click here for our full financial policy.
